This Brazilian coffee comes from the Cerrado region of Brazil. The natural process helps the coffee to retain sugars and offers a medium bodied, mild acidity coffee with cocoa, roasted nut, brown sugar, and currant flavors.

This coffee is best for drip brewing, and really shines as an espresso.
