Mexico - Washed Process (MED-DK)

This is a medium-dark roasted coffee from Mexico, prepared using the traditional washed method that brings this special coffee to life. This coffee really lends itself to the darker roast profile that we chose it for.

We taste Bittersweet Chocolate, Almond, Brown Sugar and as the cup cools some Berry and Citrus reveal themselves. A really great cup for those who prefer a slightly darker roast!

This is a staple, a great coffee for Drip or Manual Brewing.
