Sumatra (Organic) - Wet-hulled Process (DARK)

This is an organic Sumatran coffee from the Aceh region, prepared using the traditional wet hulled method, referred to as "Giling Basah".

We taste Bittersweet & Dark Chocolate, Clove, Grape and a surprise Lime note comes through, as a refreshing finish. This is the darkest roast we do, and this bean was built for it.
